REFUND POLICY

At On Brand, we take pride in the quality of our products. All sales are considered final; however, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
  • Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size changes within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

HOW TO INITIATE:

  • Email us at info@imonbrand.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • Wait for approval and instructions, which may take up to 7 business days.
  • Use the provided instructions to send items back. You will be responsible for all shipping fee's.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a possible replacement.
